Terms & Conditions for Quanty

1. Use of the App

Quanty is a inventory management tool designed to help you track stock, items, and inventory activities. You agree to use the app only for lawful business purposes related to business operations.

2. Account & Business Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating and managing your business profile. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

3. Team Members & Access

If you invite other members to your business profile, you are responsible for managing their access and permissions. Actions performed by invited members are considered part of your business’ activity and your responsibility.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

Ownership: All inventory data, item details, and content you enter into Quanty belong to you.

License: You grant Quanty a license to store and process this data to provide the service.

Analytics: We may use anonymized, aggregated data (which does not identify you or your customers) to improve our services and generate industry insights.

GDPR: As we operate in Sweden, personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Quanty acts as a Data Processor for the data you input.

5. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep Quanty reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features and functionality may be updated, improved, or changed over time to better serve our users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quanty is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for business decisions, losses, or damages made based on data in the app (e.g., inventory shortages or reporting errors). To the extent permitted by Swedish law, Quanty’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Subscription & Payments

Quanty is a subscription-based service.

Fees: By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees for your selected plan. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.

Non-Payment: If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended. We reserve the right to restrict access to your data until payment is resolved, though we will not delete your data immediately without notice.

8. Trial Period & Evaluation

Quanty offers a trial period to evaluate the service.

Limitations: Access may be limited in features or duration.

Data Persistence: If a subscription is not started at the end of the trial, Quanty is not responsible for the loss of data entered during the trial. We reserve the right to contact you regarding your subscription status during or after this period.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Quanty reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. In the event of a standard account closure for non-payment, we will provide a reasonable notice period to allow you to export your data.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be settled in the public courts of Sweden, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Quanty constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
